Weir集团为印度原油管道设计控制阀

(鼎恒石油资讯)  Weir阀门和控制器部门设计并交付了两台大型高压Blakeborough®控制阀，以支持印度Mundra至Bathinda原油管道的容量扩展。

此段原油管道由HPCL - Mittal管道有限公司所属和经营，从印度西海岸Mundra港通往印度北部的Bathinda港。管道主要由单点系泊系统，原油码头和48 "管道组成，总长1017公里，经过古吉拉特邦、旁遮普邦、拉贾斯坦邦和哈里亚巴邦。

管道容量扩展项目(MCEP)将于2017/2018年投入运行，并将提高管道容量，终达到1800万公吨(MMTPA)。Weir公司于2016年底从Engineers India有限公司获得了一项订单，为该项目提供了两台相对较大的高压控制阀。这两个阀门是24寸(600mm)，法兰式900级额定控制阀，具有独立电液执行器。这些阀门将安装在需要它们对原油进行排气压力控制的28寸管道中。这些阀的Cv总设计为4750。近，经过严格的功能测试程序并确认控制性能后，阀门才被运送到客户端。

Designing highly engineered control valves for the Mundra to Bathinda Crude Oil Pipeline

Weir has successfully delivered two large, high pressure Blake borough valves to support India's capacity expansion project

Weir Valves & Controls have designed and delivered two large Blakeborough® control valves to support the expansion of one of India's key crude oil pipelines.

The Mundra to Bathinda pipeline is owned and operated by HPCL – Mittal Pipeline Limited, and runs from the port of Mundra on India’s west coast through to Bathinda located in the northern part of India. The pipeline consists of a single point mooring system, crude oil terminal and 48” pipeline. The pipeline runs for 1017km through the Gujarat, Punjab, Rajasthan and Haryana.

The pipeline Capacity Expansion Project (MCEP) will be commissioned in 2017/2018 and will improve the capacity of the pipeline, ultimately up to 18 Million Metric Tons Per Annum (MMTPA). Weir received an order in late 2016 from Engineers India Ltd. to supply two relatively large, high pressure control valves for the project. The two valves are 24” (600mm), flanged, Class 900 rated control valves with self-contained electro hydraulic actuators. The valves will be fitted into a 28” pipeline where they are required for discharge pressure control of the crude oil. The valves have a total design Cv of 4750. The valves were recently shipped to the client after undergoing stringent functional test procedures to confirm control performance.
